inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Antique Reproductions shall be

signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer
at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still
responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the
packaging of your goods is checked BEFORE signing the
delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged, it is
VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as "damaged".
You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt. We will
then arrange to collect and replace your item within the usual
timescale as indicated in our terms of delivery. We cannot accept
claims for damaged goods if the courier has obtained a clean
signature or if more than 24 hours after delivery.
If you have not received your item on the
arrange date, you must notify the courier as soon as possible.
If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a
card you must contact the couriers direct. If we have an item
returned back to us due to non communication on your part, you will
be responsible for additional shipping costs.
